Any f number bigger than 2.8 (f/4, f/5.6, f/8 etc etc). The bigger that number, the more depth of field you'll get. Did you lose Digital Photo Professional (DPP)? Get it here

I particularly liked the 5 droplets all in a line on the first shot. Did you train them to do that?
