Right, I guess my point was, that to me, it's a little weird that the most famous Indian celebrity is relatively unknown here, unless you're into foreign films or travel to that part of the world.

Not that i know this actor ... but traveling to Malaysia i get to see some of the bollywood world.
its different.

What is refreshing is to see news from a different perspective - mainly BBC broad-casted from England.
We in the US seem to panic pretty quickly....
I prefer the wall street journals international print paper over the US version.

sorry for the bump .... back to the brick!

Shahrukh has a fan following that would be more than most hollywood starts ..concidering india's overexpanding population.

I've got to used to travel to India when i was a kid many times, and i had watched indian movies like over 200 movies in the past, and UAE population is about 4 millions people about 80% are Indians and Asians.
And this actor is one of the favorite indian actors [he was the top] in the middle east or say in our Arabian [Persian] Gulf region, not talking about India itself.

Shot a wedding for a friend this weekend. Borrowed the brick from the groom!

I was going to use the 24-105L but decided the extra speed was the better choice. I had it mounted on my 5DMKII.

On my other shoulder, I had my 200L f2 IS on the 1DMKIII...so the brick felt like a feather.

Nice lens. But I'll stick with my 24-105L for now.
