probably around 1/50 or maybe lower if you have steady hands but if you have Parkinsons then you would need at least 1/4000

With Canon 1DsM3 at 70mm. ISO 800, -.67 Ev, 1/500 @ f8. Edited to match what my memory of the day was like. makes a nice canvas print on 13x19.
