It comes from a Canon employee that advised someone to “wait abit” before buying the existing version of the lens. This sort of this can happen from time to time.

I have started to notice however that the zoom ring is feeling a bit looser than usual? Has anyone else noticed this over time? I mean it still works just fine, but I worry that eventually it will turn into a zoom creep problem while the lens is mounted on my camera. -Abram-
