thanks guys. @bedojo haha most of the pictures were blurry but the 2.8 certainly helped with the lack of light.

hey guys and gals, mine just came in the mail today, along with a 70-200
does this have problems like the 17-40 with the front element touching some brands of filters?
it looks pretty close eyeballing it but dont have a filter to put on it yet

Thanks, they were taken during the Wall St. protests in September. I was real close , there was no hiding that i was taking their pictures ... Most people are cool , there are instances where i've stopped and talked to people on the street and have got some really cool shots and met a lot of interesting people !!!
