Nah the model is only available in black. The picture you see is only to show people the material they use for the body.

But you can wait until some Pro has used and abused his to the point that all the finish has come off. 1 million shutter activations and still clicking and a deluxe silver patina to boot!

Hey...crank up the boys at OCC...maybe they could bling up a camera sorta like they did for the Gillette chopper. Probably could pump up the body and lenses a bit so they fit those hams ya call hands....hehehe

That would look funny as... Maybe in 10 years and the 1d series is 'old', then i may deface or get one custom painted!!

You might want to warn Mike (Double Negative). He talked about "blinging" out his mkIIn complete with a platinum chain for a neck strap and a "pearl" shutter release.
