Everyone has somewhere to go, even at 3:00am. Nice shots :)

Your Dubai shots are very interesting. In the above examples it is intriguing just how busy things are a 03:00am. Of course it would also be interesting to know why you were there at that time too as this might provide a clue. ;)

Interesting shots - are they travellers or shoppers? :)

From the looks of it they're mostly travelers. You can see alot of small carry-on looking bags.

Interesting shots though. I can tell you I've never been in an air port that busy at that time!

Literally just starting out.
Equipment: Kodak EasyShare DX6490 (I know, sad.)

I was waiting for my flight.
All the people there are inside the restricted area (after the passport control). They are all traveller.

I travel a lot, I mean a lot. But this is the first time that I see an airport after midnight and still packed.

Glad to see it. I passed through there and thought it was the best airport and most beautiful I have ever seen. I just didn't take a photo !!

Is this the famous Camel Center mall?

Looks like a really thriving place.

That's amazing but is Dubai airport a transport hub? Can't imagine it'd be as busy a hub as Heathrow or HK. Why so many flights at that time of night?

7D and lenses.

Looks better at night*

There are airline fans here somewhere who would know the real reason.
