I hope they put anti-freeze in those liquid lenses. I'd hate to have my lens turn into a block of ice in the middle of a ski race. It's bad enough when my hands do that.

I'm sure he already knows about this board seeing this is the preeminent Canon forum.

Some people believe he's already among us... with a different user name, of course.

I can give an interview on the future noob questions:
Help, my lenses have evaporated
I spilled out my lens, help
My girlfriend drank my lenses, what do I do?
Is alcohol better than water?

Chuck used to be Canon USA head tech honcho. He does not come from a marketing background.

BTW, am I the only one who considers using a tarted over image of a NEECON as the background for his article totally neanderthal?

And advanced noise control for an ISO setting that high. ;)

Well, if the native ISO is 6400, you shouldn't need noise control for that speed. That is, ISO 6400 for those sensors should be like the ISO 100 (125) of today's sensors.

Now the true gem would be ISO 51200 or even 102400 with advanced noise control.:D Only coal mine photographers would need flashes.

Sweet new gear for a photogenic new year!
