Too big, blurry and strange looking! Try resizing to 800 pixels and it should improve!

Looks like we had similar ideas today - I don't know how you did your selective colouring, but I do mine by making a duplicate layer, desaturating it, and using the history brush to bring back the colour where I want it. Nice idea you had though.
