Just Canon's manual. It's not "popular" enough to warrant a "Magic Lantern" treatment.

Any book about the 1DMII will apply to the 1DMIIN and there is a magic lantern for the 1DMII

I almost bought the magic lantern guide for the mkII, but ultimately decided against it. I seem to be doing fine without ever having to read any magic lantern guide for any of the Canon DSLRs I've owned. From what I've seen, it seems to have some pretty good info though.
