The insect appears to be well focused but its pretty dark on my monitor and then the other side of the shot is very bright and out of focus so that distracts from the fly as well. If this is not already cropped then I would make it a portrait vs landscape frame and crop out the right side of the shot and then remove at least 40% of the shadows on the leaf and fly.
