Great year for Iris's

The Iris's are blooming, this looks like the best year yet, many more blooms to come. :D

And a close-up. To think this were a couple of bulbs located somewhere else in the yard doing nothing. 2 years ago I dug them up and moved them.

they are gorgeous looking, especially the group all together in the first shot.

the colours of the flower are so beautiful and vivid
seems it was a lucky day when you moved them

they are showing their thanks in all their glory
the petals really have a lovely curling edge

More shock came when a clump in the middle of the purple Irises blossomed and they where all WHITE. :D :D :D Thanks for the comment Marie.

I have a few gladioli which come later in the summer and they are just like that Sandy
