I think its a Willow Warbler
I found this little chap flitting from sapling to sapling gathering bugs. But he did pause for a snap or two..

Very nice indeed. I've had the Sigma 50 - 500 for a short while now, it's good for this kind of thing.

These shots are very good.
Good clear sharp image of the bird and good bokeh too.
Excellent composition.
