It was a very small event at O.C. Asylum a new field that was a transformed soccor field. There was only 10 teams playing so it was no biggy to miss. Are you going to XPSL in Santa Clara next weekend? I am not looking forward to the 5+ hour drive up. Then I get two weeks off before Chicago PSP.

Hi Michael
I probably will not be in Chicago…my next big event will be Boston

Here is a little souvenir from Tampa…my usual lens hit

BTW John Amodea got a similar lens hit which broke his filter which he removed and continued shooting until another paintball went through the front element of his lens

I used a Canon EF 70-200 mm 70-200mm f/4.0L on my 30d, it was way over kill for a field that small.

Gary the fearless! To bad you can't be in Chicago, I probably wont go to Boston because $$$$. I really gotta figure a way of making more cash for this. By the way I shot Red Ball at SC Village on Monday, it is insane I was running down the center of the field taking shots as I got plastered with balls! The camera cover saved the day but I really wore the paint. See you in San Jose for XPSL?

What program are you using to animate the images?
