OdiNi1701 gave me the idea with his flag shot. For those of us in the States, may we never forget the sacrifices of our brave men and women in uniform and those who made the ultimate sacrifice. My first picture was shot in Gatlinburg, Tennessee on Veteran's Day last year. The second shot was taken on the day of my brother-in-law's funeral at the home of his brother (one of my other brother-in-laws). A fitting tribute to his brother, an Army veteran.

Very nice capture of moving flags. With the first one, I would crop out the flag at the bottom right. It makes the shot look a bit off. But some very good photography. Great idea for a thread. Come to think of it, I don't think I have any shots of a flag. Maybe tomorrow.

Ok, so I don't really have but a few flag pictures. This was the most suitable, so I figured I'd throw it in the mix. Taken with an old point and shoot on a dreary Sunday, hence the garrison flag. Not sure why it was half mast that particular day.
