theJingster Member 169 posts Joined Mar 2006 Location: Toronto, Canada More info | from what i've gathered, CA appears under high contrast circumstances, similar to a bright sunny backdrop or the like. i've also read that the tokina has pretty intense CA when it appears. i've yet to try either lens so i can't tell you for sure but it's not like CA can't be corrected if you really want the lens [Canon Rebel XT w/ grip]
