These are really nice. She is beautiful. A bit more sharpening for me though. You're a lucky guy.

Thank you very much for all the compliments! i agree with you about the sharpening, i used an old pentax 50mm to get that shot, so hopefully when i get the canon 1.8II they'll be coming out alot sharper

Is this a trick question so you can tell us this was taken with a cell phone camera?

Of course The wife doesn't like to get her picture taken so I don’t get chances to capture her a whole lot. I have to use the tools available to me when I get a quick chance. Also, I have a new toy so why not. At least I didn’t use instagram…lol

I was able to sharpen the image in CS5 with a routine I use. If you enable "Image Editing" in your profile I'll post my edit.

Sometimes those outtakes turn out better than the staged shots.

I updated my settings for editing pix

Nice! thanks, how may i ask did you go about doing it? i have lightroom 4 and it just gets noisy when i try to sharpen it more
