You're welcome. Good to hear about the 85mm. I have a feeling it'll be my main lens for awhile.

I just converted to B&W, adjusted a few levels, added a slight vignette to darken the corners a little more, oh and darkened that single dot of a glare on the right side...it was REALLY bright...though about cloning it out but eh...was just a quick shot I wanted to catch.

I love this, would like a little more light on the shadow side. I had a look on flicker and the front on is great, the intrigue and shadow is nice, are you able to move her away from background a little more to stop the flare and wrap from the back ground.

Thanks for the kind words. I realize these are nowhere near the quality as most of the stuff thats posted on here. As far as the background and lighting, this is the best I've come up with in the space I have - small house, no studio room. As far as the posted shot, there is no background. I lifted her off of the original image, and filled with white.

She is an unwilling model, so trying ideas on a whim isn't going to happen. I just take what I can get.
