@ Bobby, That is a stunning image. Give it a portrait crop, print it about 24" high and I'd put it on MY wall. Well done in every respect and what a beaming smile, just gorgeous.

The first two are outstanding. The third one needs to have the skin softened. Very pretty lady.

I agree with the skin softening. I should probably learn how to do that right now!

It's actually fairly easy, and I just learned it a few months ago myself (picked up a book on Photoshop).

All your female subjects will love you for it (the second shot could benefit from it as well)

The first shot is great, btw. Beautiful woman.

biggest issue I have with #2 and #3 are your conversions for posting the images. The B&W especially looks over sharpened which exaggerates any skin issues.

Beautiful wife.

for the black and white above, i used a technique called Retouching Using Frequency Separation in Photoshop. Search in YT.

The main thing is don't overdo and you should leave skin texture as much as possible to make it look natural.

My wife in Prague

A couple of the wife when we went to Prague a couple of years ago. I had my first DSLR for a few days before the trip. I love these pictures of her as she was so happy because she always wanted to go to Prague.
