I'm not married yet, but does a shot of my girlfriend work? (I'm asking her in a few years)

I second the part about not waiting. You can always have a long engagement but women don't like to wait years when they've found the one, no matter what they might say.

OK wasn't sure about that! I was worried that if I get engaged and it takes too long to get married that it was bad! I'll go ring shopping!

Well, it depends. You don't want multiple years of engagement either. Waiting around on either end causes weirdness. If you're not going to be ready to get married for like 10 years, it'll be weird to be engaged for 10 years. OTOH it's equally hard for her to wait around for 9 years for the ring and then married a year after that. IMO if you are proposing you should be ready to have the actual marriage within 2-3 years at most.

Halloween! The most wonderful time of the year. From our stage & variety show this past Saturday:

With our co-performer, Mr. Addison Panic:

Her costume for the routines after intermission, and post-show mingling. Not selective color, just a little bit of increased saturation and decreased vibrance... and really stark makeup.

The length of the engagement, waiting or not waiting, getting married soon or not or never does keep or stop you from loosing a woman.

Just treat her well & keep her happy ;)
