It's odd how out of focus the hair in front of her face is though. Did you do any extra blurring to the hair, or it's simply really far in front of the face?

I immediately thought motion blur when I saw the OOF hair. Her hand appears to be on the same focal plane as her hair and it is still in pretty sharp focus. So that is why I assumed motion blur on the hair.

I would think motion blur if it were the tip ends of the hair that's blurry, but it's not. That strand of hair can't be in front of her knuckles, can it? Maybe so, but I think it looks like intentional blurring in post.
