Just processed a new batch. Instead of dumping them all at once, I'm going to try to space it out this time.

Is this a revival of the Kitty Kat Diaries?

This was an old studio test shot from 2011 I dug out while cleaning up an old drive. IQ is not very good, I lost the RAW file and only had a Low Res Jpeg left.

Love the expressiveness.

Technically, not a revival, because it never stopped/ended. Sometimes updates just take longer, that's all. :D

Sounds like my diet!

Seriously though, your Ethereality blog is quite the visual treat, and your artwork and illustrations are absolutely stunning.

My wife doesn't like having her photo taken so I have to get my shots when she's not expecting it :-)

She was sitting in her friend's front porch and the two women were just gabbing away. I saw the back-lighting of the afternoon sun and it looked very nice with the swing bench, so I just had to snap a bunch of shots. Kitty Cat cooperated and posed for me in-between the back-and-forth dialogues.

Because her face is so striking and pretty, I wonder if using a polarizer filter and letting her face show more through the glass would have been better? Seems a shame to obscure that face with the glass pane reflection.

Thank you. It's a great lens in both IQ & BQ.
