My two favorite pictures include the first picture I took of my wife Rena on our first date together... which was incidentally the day we first met and (oddly to some people) the day we got engaged. The camera I used was the original 2.1MP (2.0 effective pixels) sub-compact Digital Canon 'IXUS' - which was their first all-metal (stainless?) digital pocket-sized digital camera. It was groundbreaking at the time and not obscenely expensive. I still have it in a glass cabinet next to me as I write this reply. It was not only my digital camera but it was also the first camera I'd owned. We had met online 9 months earlier - and were sought after by a lot of local newspapers for interviews. She was from Canada and I was from Australia. We just celebrated our 16th anniversary a few weeks ago. Image hosted by forum (897138) © nero_design [SHARE LINK] THIS IS A LOW QUALITY PREVIEW. We had cut through the local park at night and I took a candid picture of her as she stopped to admire the lights in the trees. She thought I was photographing the lights behind her. Unfortunately I didn't quite get my ISO or exposure settings right ... but I still like the shot. Was taken with the Canon EOS 6D + EF 85mm f/1.2L USM II lens.
