Nice pic.

I’d change aperture to the largest. F4. It’ll help lift her off the pic and stand out!! Shoot aperture priority and go!

Have her move her elbow an inch away her her hip. It will relax what’s happening In the upper arm.

It feels right because you're left eye dominant too. It's a bit like right and left handedness but there are about three times as many left eyed people as left handed people. The human population's split is about 70:30 right:left eye dominant. To test yourself, hold both arms out in front of you leaving a small gap between your hands, through which you look (with both eyes open) at a distant object. Then close one eye. If you can still see the object, the other (open) eye is dominant for you.

Interesting test. I'm right eye dominant based on this test and that checks out as I use my right eye for the viewfinder, but I am left-handed. I guess there are very different neural circuits determining left-handedness and, er, left-eyeness? You learn something new every day!

If I don't get the shots I want with the gear I have, the only optics I need to examine is the mirror on the bathroom wall. The root cause will be there.

Yeah, I'm right-handed and right-eyed but both my kids are right-handed and left-eyed.

Still waiting for the wisdom they promised would be worth getting old for.

I'm left handed and left eye dominant but prefer right eye for viewfinder for some reason. Many years of habit I guess.

I think the layout of cameras and the position of the viewfinder is more suited to right eye use.

Exactly. Goes back to my film camera days, long ways. I now have to use my left eye sometimes as I have a prism on my right eyeglass lens so I've been retraining. It's a challenge.

So thats what its for. A viewfinder... I just point and shoot with a fisheye. Now I can use other lenses. :p
