With gas prices at an all time high this year, and will most likely continue to climb, it's time to bring out the bikes. Lets see em'!

not a good picture but here's my bike:

IMAGE: http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/4905/2029/1600/yellowfixie.jpg

i'm building a new one as well. it started life looking like this (but with no bars or stem):

IMAGE: http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/4905/2029/1600/bikeproject1.jpg

and now it looks like this:

IMAGE: http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/4905/2029/1600/projectfixiepainted.jpg

i just need money for wheels, cog and lockring, pedals, and little stuff. should only cost around $250, which was going to go towards pocket wizards but i've got to split my money between both hobbies i suppose.

Please excuse me while i pick myself up of the floor.

In the good old UK petrol is averaging around £ 4:65 a gallon ( approx $9 )

if thats not a good reason to get on your bike i don't know what is ( although it's abit more difficult transporting all that heavy camera equipment )
