Just Noticed A Weird Date Format in Threads

I was cruising through the "Rumors" section when I wanted to know how old a certain thread was. I was surprised to see the date look like this:

That looks like some sort of error in configuration or a bug. I thought I would pass it along to the mods. I was looking at the thread below, but all the threads that are old enough to use the date format are displayed the same.

I have never seen a date like that, but I'm just a born-and-raised American kid, so what do I know?

I just upgraded PHP and Zend Accelerator - could be a bug in PHP date function.
