I have posted some of my photos couple weeks ago and you guys seemed to like them... so here is more. I recently added these guys.

Some to my community and some to my "evil" show tank.

Nice pics of the Rams mate an the Cichlids, i have 4 cichlid tanks myself but can never turn as good a shots as that what was your setup to take them if you dont mind ?

setup: mkii with sigma 150mm macro and 550ex flash + very clean aquarium glass :)

setting: f16 - 1/250s iso100

WOW!!! Beautiful pictures!
But, How do you manage to avoid the flash to be reflected by the glass? Do you have it on the camera, pointing at the fish, or do you have a different setup?

I have never photographed fish and would not know where to begin but I know a good photograph when I see one and these are all excellent. You have a very good technique and once again you have posted some of the best tropical fish shots I have seen on this forum. Excellent work!

A lot of aquarium shots are taken with the flash on the top of the tank, fired remotely (ST-E2 or something). Some are taken with on-camera flash, but as you mentioned, the results aren't pretty...diffusing it a bit can help, but off camera is the way to start...
