What do you do with all those pics?

The DAM Book - What to do with those images.

There is a very good book out called The DAM Book; Digital Asset Management for Photograpers.
I have read most of it in two sittings. It is a valuable reference on developing a system for cataloging, naming, storing, backing up and archiving digital images.

I am about to embark on a file renaming and conversion to DNG format project, based on ideas and recommendations from this book.

Oh, and a cataloging tool/application is in my future. Probably Iview MediaPro.

And I put two 6x9's on an 11x14 plain white background, and print it as an 11x14 at Costco for 2.99. Also do 10x15 on 12x18 a lot.

I print them then mount and sell them.
