Hi, All.. I recently purchased a EOS Digital Rebel XT (350D) and just thought I'd introduce myself. I've been lurking for the past few weeks :)

Anyway, so far the camera has been great!

This is my first SLR with interchangable lenses, so I don't quite have an impressive list of lenses just yet. Just the 18-55 efs kit and a cheap-o 70-300 Quantarray, which for now manages to take pictures, at least. (I wanted a telephoto for cheap)

Congratulations! I too was neophyte dslr owner and if you're anything like me, you will become consumed by this jewel of a camera! It's kinda funny because now that I have this camera, more people are asking me to take various photos! Even if I'm not taking any better photos...I'm looking more official now!!!

This forum has done wonders towards improving my photo taking abilities. You'll love it hear as much as you love the camera itself!;)

Cheers,
LeBaron
