Spent a week in Sedona. Got caught in the rain two times. In this shot rain had just started. Shot with 20D at 20mm, 1/100, f/11, ISO 400. Using an old 20-35 2.8L. Hand held. Comments please>

Nice shot of a very photogenic area :)

And the Scottish-like weather is a bit strange for this area is it not

You gotta be unlucky to get rain in Sedona. Nice shot, though.

Beautiful shot!

I like having good clouds in shots, sometimes plain blue sky is a little boring. When I was at the Grand Canyon last year a thunderstorm went through. Everyone else was so upset that it was raining and I'm going, YEAH! Clouds!

Hi Becca, I love clouds too but in this storm it just turned the sky to fog. I had on my poncho and had a Storm Jacket on my camera but the lightning caused me to call it a day. In this shot I opened to f/4 and increased the ISO to 800 but had to give up on it. You can see the glistening and shine on the rocks from the rain.
