Hi all,

I thought it about time I got my own account. Jello and I went to Belligrath Gardens today. All the roses were in bloom and I thought I would share a couple with you..
Thanks for looking..I hope you like them :)

Lovely shots Trish, good to see you have your own individual identity.
The rose is quite stunning. I love those frames you have created, wonderful work.

Trish, that first one is incredible! The colors are great and the light so good it looks like its glowing. Good job!

I'm glad you like these..the more I look at the color of the framing on 1 the less I like it..

Oh,he is a smoothy one Trish,isn`t he?:lol::lol::lol:

Back to the subject,as others said,i love #1 too but i`m quite surprised that noone noticed that it was #2 with the near perfect expossure on the whites and the dark bg,it all makes for a very good picture.
If you had been a bit closer so the one flower would be in the frame,you would have awesome details in the whites.
No matter though,at least i noticed it.;)

Both are quite beautiful with the first one getting my vote for the color. textures and DOF. I find the matting in the frame to be a little distracting but that could be me.

Beautiful Trish, especially the first one. #2 is a great exposure, white being difficult enough even without bright sunlight!
