These were taken Sunday 21st and 28th of May in absolutely attrocious lighting at a Sydney pub called The Sandringham.

the b/w treatment looks the best. i like the image w/ the grumpy, butt-in-the-mouth keyboard player and his smiley face t shirt.

Narlus knows his "grumpy butts!" B&W is treatment is quite excellent.

I like #3 and 5. Some lightening might be usefull; most look a bit dark to me.

Thanks Rene.

I'm not a Photoshop expert; I have lightened them a bit but feel they look a bit washed out and lose the atmosphere if I turn the brightness up much more. Do you have any suggestions for how to apply a decent lightening effect? (Same applies for your comments on the Nashville Pussy photos).
