Yes thats right, Toons is making his intenet debut! And of course Ally is back. This weekend was great for shooting as there was quite a lot of light shining through into the sunroom so I was able to shoot at 200 iso with good shutter speeds. I continued to keep my aperature wide open as always. Enjoy,

-Alex

Of the first set, number 1 and 5 are my favorites. The cat's mane is really cool looking. The 1st image almost looks like a painting. Good job!

Actually it's Maine. I corrected the title. We have 4 Maine Coons.

I guess the word I was looking for was mane (like a male lion's furry neck). Your Miane cat has that loose hair below his neck and it gives him such a neat feature.

If the DOF wasn't so shallow on that last one, it would be my favorite! Love #s 4 and 6 too.

Beautiful cats - our Tiger (a regular tabby, not a MC, but very big!) just went to the Rainbow Bridge last week, and I swore I would never get another cat, but if someone were to show me a Maine Coon, I think my heart would be won over.

Beautiful looking cats, I particularly like the first shot with the reflection.
I've been trying to get some nice photo's of my neighbours cat, but as soon as he see's me with the camera, he just rubs up against me demanding I make a fuss of him. I'll just have to get a fish eye lens.

I really like #5 and 6. The next cat I will get will be a main coon. Greatest personalities of any cats. Is he a handful? My parents is quite the king of the house.
