I just shot a wedding and just about half the images are corrupted on the card... Brand new 30D with a LEXAR 80x 1GB

Do I need a voltage regulator for external flash devices?

Have I Fried my camera? or Just Damaged some files because of the flash output?

I'm not sure what to do... someone please help

From camera I have no luck connecting with the computer..
From PCMCI I can view for a while and then CRASH... It stops responding and is no longer recognized in MY Computer...

The Camera's LCD Can view the few I was able to download... And then shows me a screen with a big question mark and the text "Corrupted files"

You might have better results with a USB reader; I don't particularly think it'll make much difference, but for $10-$15 it's worth a try. Also try using file recovery software on the card, rather than opening it in Explorer. But Lexar cards have been busy earning the company a bad reputation around here in the past couple of years.
