hey there, peeps.

first of all, hello everyone. n00bie here! i suppose i'll be getting used the this forum very soon as i plan to visit it fairly often. but meanwhile, i staggered here as i was googling for lenses for canon g3.

i have a g3, which i lurvvvv. i want a wide angle and macro lens for it. but couldn't figure out which one is it? any chance of getting any advice as to where and which one to get?

any help or advice will be much appreciated.

take a look at this ressource:
Kazukoku's G1 + G2 report (external link)

It features tests of the most important adapters and conversion lenses available for the G series (I think it is still applicable for the G5-G6, as the optics have not changed much. They certainly did not change much between G2 and G3).

I had an Olympus WCON-08 on my G2 and truly loved it. Bought it for about 150 EUR and think it was worth every cent.
