I drove by this one today and at first I thought it was one of those pinwheels that blow around in the wind. I.D. would be appreciated.

That is a Dahlia, perhaps Dahlietta depending on size. My wife loves these flowers. Beautiful shot.

Thanks for the I.D. It was at least 6 inches in diameter.
