BUSTED!

Thanks for the input, Pekka. I'm going to quote your post into the first post of the thread as an operating rule.

(Geeze, guys. The one and only post from Pekka we get is a whack on the nose! I knew this thread was gonna get noticed. Let's keep it in line.)

He just didn't have a picture to fit TPB... hehe... He just wanted to change the topic so that he could fill the request. ;)

On another note, I wasn't even able to catch up before work today... Over 20 pages. Fortunately we didn't get 20 more during the day... Only about 10.

I think it may be time for us all to visit this page. Speaking for myself I have learned many things and met some nice (although confusing sometimes;)) people here. Keeping in mind the dollar amount of photography classes not to mention the priceless value of an online friend makes donating the only right thing for me to do IMHO. I hope we can maintain a bit of chatter in here especially stuff topical to photography or the current PBM. I guess we will have to all self moderate a bit and I am sure Pekka will step in and let us know if we are out of hand. I am putting my yahoo address on my profile to help keep in contact with off topic issues although I will miss the chatter.~Zane

Still don't know what you are asking for please elaborate for the less technical. Do you want a B&w film negative that is hand colored? If so remember the point of the game is not to stump it but to get people to share their images. Excuse me if I am being dense.

I'm not mortified, I'm wondering if we should just more the thread. The 'chatter' is 70% of the fun.

If so... TPBM is a wildcard.

I finally got caught up only to find we can't chat any more? That might be the death of this thread... That's where all the fun was. :(

what happened with Ashley??

It was just before 6am and I was loading up the car, getting ready to head home. There was one other motel guest doing the same. As I made the four or five trips, back and forth between the room and car, Ashley slowly plodded along behind me. Usually, she keeps up with me pretty well, but we had done a LOT of walking in Aurora, NV and Bodie, CA over the past two days, and for some reason I kept forgetting to put her boots on (bad daddy!), so her paws were a bit sore and she was going slow. As I put the last of the camera gear in the trunk, the other guest got in his car and fired it up. I made one more trip, to get Ashley's bed, and walked back to the car to put it in the back seat, when the other guest put the car in gear and started to drive away. I looked up to see Ashley, halfway across the parking lot, disappear behind the front of his car. I was sure I had just seen her alive for the last time! I probably woke up everyone staying in the motel when I shouted "Hey, hey, STOP!" Fortunately, he did stop. I ran to the front of his car to see Ashley just standing there with that dopey little tongue-dragging grin of hers, like nothing untoward had ever happened. Ugh... Dogs! Gotta love 'em, right?

Whew! Even though I *knew* Ashley was okay... my heart was racing just reading this. I'm really glad she's okay. I know what my critters mean to me.
