A few know that I have pet mice and rats. Here's two images that I took some time ago.

1. This is a close up of the nose of one of my rats - Tinuviel (yes, I'm a Lord of the Rings fan). She's my oldest rattie, just over 2 and has a lovely and friendly personality.

2. A closeup of my girl mousie Tiger. I've named her Tiger cos she has dark banding like a tiger on her back. She's a plump little girl, and was very nervous for the first six months of her life, biting me several times whenever I went to handle her. She's now quietened down and loves been handled and kissed. She has such lovely colours.

Yeah, something different. I need to take more shots of my girls (and 3 boy mice). I have six girl ratties:

Tinuviel
Cassiopeia
Isis
Cleopatra
Novella
Hermione

The girl mousie is named Tiger. The boy micies are:

Shiva
Thor
Snowy

I nearly lost Hermione a few weeks ago and had to spend 2 nights nursing her back to health (she's only 6 months old, so she's the youngest of them all). They're wonderful pets.
