Well, from memory it's a leafhopper. I posted a similar image to this 5 or 6 weeks ago or so, these are better, sharper. Not perfect, but these are tiny, no more than 2mm I'd say.

good detail given the size - they are not Leafhoppers. Can't recall what they are - maybe Bark Lice. LordV has photos of these I think.

Nice shot but I don't what it is either.
It might be an adult Barklouse Nymph as you say RM but they eye colour looks wrong , or it might be some sort of plant louse or Psyllid. I am not sure if the wings are flat on the back rather than on the side.

Yes, I think you're right. I was relying on my memory, and thought Brian had ID'd it as a Leafhopper before, obviously I'm wrong. I just did a search on barklouse and found a post that Brian did back in March:
