Nice groundhog series

I spotted this groundhog digging holes between big stones along a manmade path on my hike today. It froze there for a while and I inched closer until I was about 10 feet away to get these shots.

EXCELLENT catches Chris. :D Question; If a Groundhog goes up into a tree, wouldn't it then be called a Treehog? ;)

Here are some more from that day. The hog was on a low branch so it was easy to climb. I walked right over to it and got some shots.. Then picked some berries off the tree and bounced them off its back! That made it move around a bit and I got some different poses :P
