Very happy with both of these images.

1. Fly - greenbottle of some sort.

2. Baby cricket - or at least I'm sure it's a cricket cos of the length of its antennae. I really like the pose on this one, it's like he's thinking "mmm why is this guy hounding me with that damn camera?". Slight crop from full frame.

Thanks Brian, it is a wonderful pose isn't it? He was on top of one of our bins, I got a couple of shots of him up there, but then he jumped onto the concrete. I got him onto a leaf and moved him onto the grassed area and then he posed for me, hence this (and a few other) shots. hehehe. It does pay to be nice to nature after all.
