I didn't even know we had these around here. This guy was just hanging out under a leaf, and tried to threaten my camera! Luckily, I survived.

I deviated from my usual f/13 because I wanted to use my polarizer, but as a result less of the image is in focus (unfortunately):

This one was also upside down, but has much cooler eye colors. I also like the bokeh on this one:

This is a gigantic wolf spider. I somehow managed to get every part of him in focus except the eyes

. I tried to fix it in Focus Magic, but I think I only succeeded in over-sharpening it:

This poor harvestman is missing a leg on each side. Good thing he has six others:

Lovely series of shots, especially #2 which is a standout for me. The crab spider is pretty cool as well, pity about the Wolf spider. There's always next time!
