Beach pics in the Philippines

The first pic was taken while riding in the car. We passed by this beach in the province and I thought it was cool to see so many boats parked in a unique way.:D

The second pic was taken in a beach resort in Cavite City..

Yeah, the first pic looks over exposed but the second one looks fine to me.:)

Why not take the sky from 2 and layer over 1?

I like the 2nd photo. the first reminds me of a place in Navotas (I think I spelled right) where my friend lived. 2 more months and i will be back in the Philippines for three weeks.

Both pictures are great! The first one needs a little refinement, however. Cropping the sky and foreground some to make what is almost a panorama emphasizes both the rows of boats and their reflections. Also, boosting the saturation and bringing in the midtones makes the image look much cleaner. Also, the horizon is tilting down tot he left. This can be corrected when cropping my moving the cursor near the edge of the crop bow and rotating the crop box. Hope these tips help. Keep that shooting going!
