Yep.. my very first Monarch... any good?
200 mm on the 70-200 - iso 100, 1/320, f/4

Looking good, nice "first"! If I can make some suggestions though, first off your shutter speed is kind of slow for 200mm. Try taking these shots at ISO 200, that way your shutter speeds will be much quicker (to prevent any motion blur), and you can even shoot beyond f/4 (to get more in sharp focus).

I normally don't like doing this, but I'll post one of my examples here, I hope this'll help to show what I'm talking about (sorry for posting a picture within your post, hope you don't mind too much).

ISO 200, f/7.1, 159mm, 1/500 sec
