3rd and final day of Rock D Fort.
went to support my bandmates from SpanishFly playing in their Prog Rock outfit ZERO SEQUENCE.

im nt saying this out of biasness but those who were present can probably vouch for this too.

these guys are one of Singapore's best prog band and one of the most technically proficient bands here too.

also managed to snap a bit of BAMBOO from my little corner of the stage.

Looks like an interesting event. Too bad about equipment limitations but that's how it is sometimes. Would be nicer if images were posted a bit bigger even with their techincal limitations. Also would be nice if you would give a bit more commentary at the beginning and write words out and use capitalization as many of us here at POTN are old and inflexible but still appreciate photography.

equipment limitation is a big issue for me cos im a 17 yr old student/struggling musician and to upgrade from film slrs to digital is going to take awhile.

so going to shoot on this powershot for a while now. heh.

thanks for the advice dwight.

any input on my photos?

Well, I am sure the images come out of the camera larger ... and you do something because you take the time to put a watermark on them. Perhaps read the manual? :-)

We have a number of 17 years olds ... do not minimize yourself because of your age ... people your age write symphonies, are world class athletes (gymnasts come to mind), save the dying and anything else you can think of other than being old! As for equipment, it'll just have to follow your priorities and budget.

With the equipment you have there is relatively little to suggest other than "get closer" ... perhaps you could write a song with this theme?

ahh. ok, i actually thought the size cld be controlled from the posting itself. heh heh.

well yea, of cos age shldnt be an issue. but its more of money :)
when u have barely enough to support urself let alone indulge in 2 expensive hobbies. heh.
