I'm right in the middle of a moving...so I haven't had much time to enjoy the camera. A few shots from yesterday. Hope everyone had a fun weekend.

Here is one from a few hours ago... hope the flickr image shows up...first time trying it...

Shot with the...

Canon 20D
Canon 1.4xII TC
Kenko 24mm extension tube
Canon 100mm macro lens
Canon 580 ex flash set to STTL -1/3rd
1/160th a sec
F/11
ISO 400
NN applied

The bee is about 1/4" in length. I rotated the image 90CW in PSCS2... highpass sharpening and tonal adjustments.

Love the lizard shot and the last bee shot- was the bee fairly small about 8mm ?
Should have done some focus stacking on the lizard though ;)

Many thanks Brian. The bee was tiny! The lizard stayed for 3 shots and then the flash ran it off... they are nervous little things. LOL
