They're not that bad, but I'm having a tough time figuring these out. The shadows, colors and contrast don't look like stage lighting. #4 and #7 look like flash shots, others don't. And what about the vignetting on #1? Was that done intentionally in post?

#5 I like best because it shows interaction, expression and action, along with a background. I also like #2 a lot.
#6 appears to be focused on her skirt instead of her face (focusing is tough in that environment - it happens to all of us).

Can you tell us more about how you took these, and the lighting in the venue?

Pic number 1 had a lot of stage smoke unfortinatly an that was one of the spotlights hittin it i think thats how that was created i was lower down than the stage and about 6 to 8 feet away from it so yes i had to use flash other than a little USM there was no other work done on the pics

Nothing bad about them at all mate. It looks very tricky shooting stage work to me, you have little to no control over lighting or backdrops, wrestling with low light and enough reach (zoom) I would say your doing good.

Many thanks mate yes it was a nightmare to shoot as the place i was taking them in is a volentary place an they dont have the best of equipment at all
