Color Enhancing + CP

Is Tiffen color enhancing filter + CP good idea on a wide angle lens? In fact even on zoom lens? How are the results? Going by the suggestions from David I was planning to buy a multi-coated CP (without the warming component), so I was thinking if there is a way of enhancing the colors. Any help appreciated.

A good CP filter will enhance colors and reduce haze quite a lot, used appropriately. On a wide angle lens, they can result in gradient skies, which can be odd looking in some cases. The rest is good exposure and appropriate post-processing to bring out the color and contrast. I wouldn't stack other filters with a CP, but you may get differing opinions on that.

I wouldn't stack filters to minimize the chance of vignetting. While a CP is a good investment, I wouldn't bother much with a color enhancing filter, as that can easily be done
( and more importantly, undone ) in post processing.
