Went to one of my local patches for insects yesterday all setup for a morning of insect shooting. I kept seeing these small movements on the floor which I realised were lots of tiny frogs fleeing my incursion into their domain.
#1 almost invisible against the leaf litter, I have boosted the contrast to help it stand out, a crop as they kept running away from me

#2 finaly managed to corner one by some moss, he froze when I put my fingure near him: ~10mm long, pos Pool Frog

#3 to they eye they are more of a dull brown, same as the dead oak leaves but the camera or flash brings up a metallic gold colour
