I don't take many landscapes [If any] but on a morning walk [on our last holiday] I couldn't help but grab the camera for this..
I am fairly new in photoshop and would love some pp ideas for this ..

Interesting reflection.

I would lose the branches in the foreground. They are distracting.

I know the reflection could have been better if the wind didn't start blowing and I would also like to darken the clouds[But not sure how to do that in pp]

I used the lasso to roughly select the sky, and then feathered by 20px (normally around 200px on a full-sized image). I then used levels and dragged the sliders closer to the edge of the histogram. Finally, I cloned out the branches in the foreground. PS The sky levels show that you have the odd smudge on your sensor. ;)
